Delete your account

You can delete your Overload account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, what gets removed, and how to reach us if you cannot access the app.
Delete from the app
- Open Overload.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm in the dialog.
Deletion is immediate. You will be signed out as soon as the request completes.
What gets deleted
The following data tied to your account is permanently removed:
- Your account record (email, name, sign-in identity, preferences).
- All completed workout sessions and exercise logs.
- All workouts, scheduled workouts, and training-block records.
- All custom exercises you created and your per-exercise settings.
- Your equipment list and body-weight log entries.
- Any device push-notification subscriptions.
- Any active sign-in sessions and refresh tokens.
Standard exercises shipped with the app are shared and are not deleted. Aggregated, non-identifying error reports retained by our crash-monitoring provider may persist for up to 90 days under that provider's retention policy.
If you cannot access the app
If you have lost access to your sign-in provider or cannot open the app for any reason, email nick@johnson22.com from the address linked to your account. Include the email you used to sign up. We will verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.
After deletion
Once your account is deleted, the same email can sign up again as a new account. Past data will not be restored.
